$500 base fee
For travelers who know where they're going and need the logistics handled cleanly and efficiently.

Rush Planning: $250
Extra Revision: $150
Base fee covers up to two destinations. Additional destinations, curation, or logistics complexity may adjust the fee. We'll confirm before any work begins.
Fee payment is split in two — half upfront to get started, half when your itinerary is complete and ready to book.

Minimum planning fee: $2,500. A $1,500 deposit is due to engage and will be applied toward your final fee.
Groups of 10 or more, destination events, and multi-continent itineraries are quoted separately. Get in touch to get started.
You pay the same booking rates as you would on your own. The difference is what comes with it. Through our Fora Travel affiliation, we earn commissions from hotels and suppliers, which means our expertise, planning, and perks cost you nothing extra on top of your planning fees.
