Plans & Pricing

All plans cover hotel sourcing and booking, ground logistics, itinerary coordination, and on-trip support. Flight research and recommendations are included — booking is client-executed via your preferred tool or corporate card portal, which keeps frequent flyer points and seat preferences in your control.

  • $600–750 per trip · or $1,500–3,500/month retainer · up to 5 trips/month

    • Overage rate: $750–1,000 per trip over monthly allotment

  • For teams that travel regularly, the retainer is the right fit. For teams with occasional needs that don't warrant a monthly commitment, a per-trip rate is available.

    Retainer: $4,000–12,000/month · up to 12 trips/month · $1,000 onboarding fee (covers initial setup)

    • Overage rate: $1,500–2,500 per trip over monthly allotment

    Per trip: no retainer required

    • 2–4 travelers: $1,000–1,200 per trip

    Full payment due upfront. Cancellation terms mirror our standard policy.

    Rush fees may apply. Rush is defined as a 48-hour turnaround or travel within 2 weeks of the planning request.
